There isn’t direct flight from Europe or US, or India to Cambodia. There are direct flights from Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore & Laos to Cambodia. Direct flights from Vietnam usually depart from Tan Son Nhat International Airport, Noi Bai International Airport, and Da Nang International Airport.

ASEAN members are granted with Cambodia visa exemption, but they all required to carry a valid passport with validity of beyond 6 month from the date of departure.

Most nationalities need a visa to enter Cambodia. Visas can be obtained either online or on arrival t the international airports and or check-points and they are good to stay for up to 30 days depending on your nationality.

And yes, Indians require a visa to enter Cambodia.
